Stunning Green and Brown Fall Tablescape

This pretty fall tablescape includes a beautiful green and cream block print tablecloth, Woodland Spode and a gorgeous floral centerpiece (that was easy to put together!) Let me show you how to create it in your home!

Tablecloth and Napkins

When Atosii gifted me this beautiful tablecloth, I knew it would be perfect with Woodland Spode plates and chocolate linen napkins.  If you don’t know about Atosii you are missing out!  They create gorgeous block print linens that are great quality at fantastic prices. I had purchased several of their tablecloths before receiving this gifted one in the mail, and I would buy them all again!!  They not only have table linens, they have now added pillows and curtains to their offering.

The chocolate brown linen napkins are at least 10 years old and still look great. They are Sferra, but if you are looking for something less expensive, these napkins get great reviews and you can buy 12 for less than $30.00!

Woodland Spode

Around 10 or 12 years ago I began asking for Woodland Spode for Christmas. I just love it. I started out with the Spode Delamere, which is the dinner plate that has the brown border but cream center. I then added the hunting dogs salad plates to my collection. You can get salad plates and serving pieces with every kind of hunting dog or even things you would hunt. Ha! Think turkeys, rabbits, deer, bison…They look beautiful with cream, pink, orange, green, blue…I could go on and on. I put the pretty plates on top of woven dark brown chargers then added the salad plates on top.

Glasses and Silver

I used our pretty Reed and Barton silver for this fall table. Just curious , do you use silver?  We registered for ours when we got married and received most of the 12 place settings on our registry. I do love it so much!  The Burgundy pattern has been around forever and is so beautiful to me.

When my parents downsized, they gave us their crystal water goblets. They aren’t anything fancy, but they are special to me and it brings me joy using the glasses we had for so many family gatherings. I added some fun tortoise glasses from Pottery Barn that I’ve had for years to complete the look.  Pottery Barn just brought back the tortoise glasses in several different styles for a limited time only. Grab yours while you can!

Fall Table Centerpiece

Going to Trader Joe’s for flowers is always a treat and I love that they have magnolia out right now. The centerpiece uses garden roses, spray roses and a unique butterfly rununculus with Magnolia leaves as the base. The pretty Southern Living wicker urn from Dillards is perfect for the flowers!  Unfortunately Dillards is sold out of the urns, but here’s a similar one that is so pretty.

To create the centerpiece I used a 6×8 inch glass vase. I put the 2 bunches of magnolia in the vase first. This created a great base for the arrangement. I added the pretty garden roses and spray roses next. I made sure they were slightly taller than the magnolia. Lastly I added the butterfly ranunculus.  I kept the stems pretty long so that they would add dimension and height to the arrangement. Then I put the glass vase inside of the wicker urn!

This was my first tablescape this year and it was so much fun bringing all of the fall colors, textures and florals together. Here’s a link to a different green and brown fall tablescape I did last year. Please let me know if you have any questions or thoughts. I’d love to hear from you.

Grateful for you,

Julie
