There’s just something about a fresh, colorful table that makes gathering feel extra special. I recently set this table when having a few friends over, and I wanted it to feel bright, welcoming, and full of simple details that anyone could recreate.
This look came together so easily with a mix of beautiful linens, layered place settings, and a centerpiece that adds just the right amount of color and texture.
Table Linens

I started with a bright and happy TABLECLOTH from Amazon. The coral, yellow and green work perfectly with the citrus fruits and green and white plates. I’ve used it several times and a friend is borrowing it for her daughter’s graduation party. It’s so perfect for spring and summer. If you are more of a blue and green fan, they make one in that color way as well and it’s beautiful! Here’s a link to a pretty table I put together using the blue and green tablecloth. Both colors are pieces I reach for again and again.
For the napkins, I used my ruffled napkins from Hen House House. These are such a fun addition to any table and come in a variety of beautiful colors. I love how they add a soft, feminine touch and a little extra interest to each place setting.
Vietri Plates & Glassware

For the place settings, I layered my Vietri Arezzo green dinner plates on top of my Mikasa French Countryside plates. I love mixing these two together—the hand painted detail of the Arezzo plates paired with the simple, classic shape of the French Countryside creates such a pretty and timeless look.
I added Mikasa green water goblets to bring in another layer of color, along with simple bamboo flatware, which always adds a warm, natural element to the table.

The centerpiece is what truly brings this table to life. I wanted something that felt fresh, vibrant, and a little unexpected, so I built the arrangement around citrus fruits—lemons, limes, and oranges.
I started by layering in greenery to create a full, natural base, then tucked in the citrus throughout the arrangement to add pops of color and texture. Mixing the fruit directly into the florals makes everything feel more relaxed and organic rather than overly styled.
The combination of bright citrus and soft blooms creates such a happy, inviting look. It’s an easy way to make a statement without needing anything overly complicated—and it’s a great conversation starter when guests sit down at the table. I shared a short video on Instagram of me putting together the arrangement. Here’s a LINK in case you want to check it out!
