The Best Spinach Quiche Recipe
I’m a lucky woman. My husband will eat just about anything. In 25 years of marriage the only thing he has not liked was super gross and I didn’t like it either! (It was some weird catfish in case you’re wondering. Why I tried to cook catfish is beyond me. But I digress ;). So, Scott loves what I call girly food. Salads of any kind. Green salad. Cobb salad. Chicken salad. And he loves quiche- especially the best spinach quiche recipe I got from my mother in law when we got married.

Look at this HAND WRITTEN cookbook she made me.
Look at her gorgeous penmanship!!! Such a thoughtful gift that I will cherish forever!
This spinach quiche is amazing. I made a few changes (added a few eggs, a little less salt and used half and half instead of cream)
**I used a frozen Gluten-Free pie crust because I have to be GF. My mother-in-law always makes her own, so hers is much prettier:)

We love enjoying this quiche with a fruit salad, sausage in crescent rolls and some yummy muffins or sweet bread! It’s great for breakfast, brunch, lunch or dinner! I hope you love it as much as we do!💙🤍
Grateful for you,
