Happy 50th Birthday to Me! My 50 Favorite Amazon Purchases
Sorry I’ve been MIA! We had four great weeks as a family over winter break and I enjoyed every minute of having our college aged girls home. We went to Breckenridge for a few days, spent a week in Steamboat and also were in Dallas for my actual 50th birthday. I had such a sweet time celebrating with some of my most favorite people and I’m excited for this new decade of life! I came home and immediately started cleaning out and organizing…But now I’m back to blogging a bit :) In honor of my 50th birthday this month, I put together a list of my 50 favorite Amazon purchases from last year. My Favorite Clothing Purchases
I love nice things, but I also love a bargain! The Amazon items I recommend are things that are both beautiful and something I pick to wear again and again. The (orange) eyelet top was one I wore a bunch last summer! It fits true to size and is really well made. They now have a long sleeved version as well that is just as great! I’ve bought a bunch of sweaters I love, including the cardigan above. The green eyelet dress is darling and comes in tons of colors! I bought a short sleeved green top (pictured below) toward the end of the year, so I haven’t worn it too much quite yet. I will say it is beautifully made and is an amazing price. A friend who purchased one, said she had a designer top that was almost identical but 6x more expensive! It fits true to size and comes in lots of colors. Fun Tabletop Favorites
Y’all know I love putting together a pretty tablescape. Having friends over for a girl’s lunch, holiday party or fun dinner fills my cup! It is shocking to me how many gorgeous table linens are available on Amazon! I have some really expensive ones and honestly most of the Amazon products are just as great quality as the more expensive ones I bought at department stores. Here is a link to some of my favorites. I’ve also purchased plates and silverware on Amazon!
Atosii is one of my favorite Amazon brands. They make beautiful block print linens in every color and pattern. I have several of their tablecloths, but my favorites are the green and white, the Red Bloom and the bright and happy Clover Pink. Ridhi is another great brand with pretty linens. I’ve bought a bunch of easy-care buffalo check tablecloths on Amazon that I use all the time. Bryonia makes beautiful placemats like the light blue one below. The owner lives in the Dallas area and is delightful! I always enjoy supporting small businesses. The napkins we use the most are the blue print ones below. They are super soft, wash well and are very reasonably priced.
Amazon Home Decor Favorites
Once again, I have a lot of beautiful pieces from The Enchanted Home, Wayfair, my favorite antique stores, and other pretty places I’ve come across. However, I have found several beautiful pieces for our home from Amazon. Amazon has beautiful pillow covers at fantastic prices. I have also bought lamps, picture frames and faux orchid stems that are so great! My starburst mirror is beautiful and an amazing price! They have lots of sweet blue and white pieces as well.
Beauty Product Favorites
So many of my every day beauty products are from Amazon. I’ve found that several of the products my dermatologist recommended are available on Amazon as well. I “subscribe and save” on both the ISDN hylauronic acid and the Vitamin C to save money. My favorite hand creams, night cream, lip balms and eye cream are also available on Amazon.
It seems like just about anything and everything we buy on a regular basis can be purchased online. We get too many Amazon packages to count, but I must say Amazon makes it much easier to get what you want and get it quickly! I hope my list introduces you to some new things you didn’t already know about. I plan on sharing some of my favorite Amazon dresses and athleisure pieces soon. Stay tuned!
